We stayed in Port Macquarie for two nights and it was the best time we've had during our stay in Australia. Tony and Vera took good care of us and Tony helped us book Withsunday and Frasier Islands trips and diving course to Coffs Harbour. Even though we had a bit of a problem with the course, just one call for Tony and he fixed it. We are really happy with everything and would warmly recommend Port Macquarie Backpackers to everyone!

By far the best hostel we've stayed in! Very clean and well managed. Tony helped us booking trips to Fraser Island and the Whitsundays and gave us a FULL refund when the weather turned bad. Would definately recommend everybody to stay in this cosy, homely hostel.

Great place to stay, love the people, love the hostel. If I ever get the chance to visit port Macquarie I would never be willingly t stay somewhere else. Clean rooms, free breakfast, cheap bike hire - what else is there to say? ;)

Tony rescheduled my booking at no extra cost, which was hugely appreciated. The hostel does all the basics very well and Tony runs a tight ship. Highly recommended.

Amazing Backpacker's Hostel, from everyone we spoke to it was hands down the best one in Port MacQuarie. The staff was very helpful and understanding so I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town and I'd recommend you should tooo!

I really love this place! It's clean, colourful and cozy. Tony is great and can give you advice on the best places to visit in PM. The hostel is close to the centre and near the Greyhound bus stop. But don't be surprised if Tony is waiting there for you to pick you up with his van. I would definately recommend this hostel!

Awesome place, Tony the host is friendly and approacable, and able to help out where he can. Nice place centrally located with good clean facilities. A backpacker whos made a place for backpackers. Open to all suggestions to keep his place up to date, and the best accomodation for his patrons - Represent.

This is by far one of the best hostels ive stayed in around the world. The hostel is friendly and comfy and in a great location. Good prices and very clean. We had the best time here an i urge anyone travelling through Port M to stay for a few days here. Tony is a legend and as a backpacker himself knows the score. Cheers Tony we will def be back next time we find ourselves in Oz

We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed our stay. The hostel is one of the cleanest and most "backpackerish" of the hostel that we have stayed on coming down the east coast. Would easily recommened this hostel to anybody wise enough to come to port. Tony is one of the nicest guy's you'll meet along your travels. 10/10

Great accommodation and would have the best atmosphere in the good seasons. The host is also very good craic compared to most other hostels I have stayed
