- Where 28 days notice for cancellation is given there is no charge
- Christmas & New Years period 23rd December To 3rd January.There is a no refund for cancellation for this period.
- Peak Season 15th December To 31st January.Cancellation for this period 50% of total booking will be charged
- Notice given between 72hrs and 14 Days before check in will be charged equivalent of 50% of the total booking
- Notice given less than 72 hrs before check in. 100% of total booking will be charged
- NO shows and cancellations after check-in forfeit full booking and moneys paid
- Port Macquarie Backpackers reserve the right to cancel full bookings for “ NO SHOWS ‘
- Refunds will only be given if the above conditions are met, refunds will not be given if the customers change there mind their circumstances change or they choose the wrong type of accommodation or the room is the wrong colour.
